Arrêt obligatoire si vous passez à Yogyakarta ! Ce sont de magnifiques temples hindous taillés dans une roche volcanique qui leur donne leurs magnifiques couleurs.<br><br>Nous y sommes allées tot le matin, ce qui je vous conseille vivement pour profiter de la fraîcheur matinale et du calme du parc entre les temples.<br><br>Pour l'entrée, il y a un passage spécifique pour les touristes étrangers, avec du personnel qui parle un anglais impeccable et qui est très aimable ! Vous pouvez y laisser vos sacs si vous avez besoin, ils seront gardés en sécurité.<br><br>En ce qui concerne la tenue, nous avions opté pour des pantalons et des t-shirt à manches courtes pour avoir une tenue sobre appropriée à la visite d'un site religieux (mais finalement nous aurions pu porter des débardeurs à bretelle, cela marche aussi). Si vous avez le moindre doute, n'hésitez pas à demander au personnel !<br><br>Nous n'avions pas pris de guide mais je vous conseillerais quand même d'en prendre un si vous avez le temps et l'envie pour en apprendre plus sur les lieux. |

Prambanan<br>The Prambanan temple complex in Java, Indonesia is a prominent place where many Hindu temples were standing in the 9th and the 10th centuries CE than visible today. The earthquakes in the early 11th century and later had completely damaged the temples. A large part of the complex is in the ruins but what is standing after many restorations is truly magnificent and majestic.. It is rare to see temples dedicated to Lord Brahma. I can only recall the one at Pushkar in Rajasthan, one in Himachal Pradesh, and another one in Tamilnadu (all of these in India). Then there is this Erawan shrine in Bangkok where they have a gilded statue of Lord Brahma installed by the roadside in a busy public area.<br>However, in Prambanan there’s the complete representation of the Hindu Trinity; Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh. The Shiva temple in the centre, and the tallest, is flanked by the temples of Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu. And they are huge temples with the respective stone statues of the three Gods installed inside. In front of these three temples stand three smaller temples dedicated to the vehicles of the three Gods.<br>Prime minister Narendra Modi of India paid a visit to Prambanan in July 2026. He offered prayers and promised restoration of the fallen temples. The Archeological Survey of India is a competent body to take up such challenging jobs. I have seen the restoration projects completed by the ASI in Cambodia. They have beautifully restored the Ta Prohm temple there in the Angkor Wat complex. I have seen Ta Prohm before as well as after the restoration. It was a remarkable job done by the ASI. With their professional approach and high standards of restoration work the ASI will certainly bring this UNESCO world heritage site to its former glory and grandeur. |

Candi Prambanan adalah candi Hindu terbesar di Indonesia yang terletak di Provinsi DIY dan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pertama kali ke sini waktu SD (dulu nggak ada fotonya)😂 sekarang udah gede ke sini lagi. Banyak perubahannya,tiket masuk untuk dewasa 50k dan banyak candi² di sekeliling candi utama yang sedang dipugar. Kalo ke candi Prambanan bagusnya pagi hari karena belum banyak pengunjung, bagus untuk foto² dan bisa leluasa explore sekitar candi. Usahakan bawa topi atau payung agar tidak kepanasan. Selain candi utama (candi Brahma, candi Siwa,dan candi Wisnu) bisa mengunjungi candi perwara di sekelilingnya dan candi² lain seperti candi Bubrah, candi Lumbung dan candi Sewu. Bisa berjalan kaki atau menyewa sepeda untuk berkeliling. Pemandangan sunset akan terlihat lebih bagus di belakang candi. Bisa juga menggunakan jasa tour guide yang disediakan di dalam candi(berbayar). Akses gampang bisa dengan kendaraan umum atau pribadi. |
